Delivery to outside our service area may be available.

Deliveries are made between 10am and 9pm & within a 4 hour window(selected by the customer on the order page). If you do not select a 4 hour window it will be delivered at our descretion.
Please note that on busy holidays, such as Valentine's Day, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. It is advised that the purchaser deliver to a location where the recipient will be for extended periods.

Delivery on Sunday or statutory holidays will be considered on a “by order basis” (Mother’s Day being an exception). Surcharges may apply. For availability telephone (416)737-2613. Otherwise the order placed for delivery on Sunday will be delivered on the Saturday prior or the following Monday. Orders placed for delivery on holidays will be delivered on the next available date.

*Orders made online after 6pm local time are considered received the following day

It is the customers responsibilty to provide detailed instructions on what to do if the recipient is not available at the delivery address provided. It is also the customers responsibilty to provide accurate direction and contact information, including phone numbers, in order to ensure the delivery is successful. No refund or credit will be issued for non received goods due to missing, incorrect information or stolen goods.

If the recipient is not available at the address & time you provided, it is up to our drivers discretion to:
- leave the flowers at next door neighbors
- leave the flowers on the porch or at the entry door, if a “discreet” place is available
-If the recipient is not available during a delivery at a business address, and another person is refusing to accept the delivery, we may attempt delivery on the next possible day. Please note that redelivery charge of $9.99 will apply.

Note:
-We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by weather conditions and no refunds will be issued for these reasons. The delivery will occur on the next possible delivery date.
- Please note that due to perishable nature of flowers additional surcharge may be required to redeliver your order on later day.
